Ansar Ahmad Sheikh, the son of an auto rickshaw driver is all set to become the youngest IAS officer of the country .The 21 year old Muslim boy from a small village of Jalna district of Maharshtra cracked UPSC exam-2015 , securing 371st rank and emerged as the youngest IAS officer of the country.
